RECOMMENDED
ACTION: Motion to cancel Special Meeting set for May 25, 2005 and
reschedule to May
24 at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of considering sale and award of bonds
for Fire Station #2.
ACTION:
ISSUE
In the March 15 Council Letter and Public Notice, the special meeting date for
consideration of the sale and award of bonds was incorrectly scheduled for May 25.
SUMMARY
A special meeting will be needed for the acceptance of bond bids and awarding the bonds.
This is recommended for Tuesday, May 24, 2005, 6:30 p.m., location has yet to be
determined.
Staff recommends approving the meeting schedule with the above motion.
