RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve an extension of medical leave for Jerry Noll
to begin February 29, 2005 and continue through April 29, 2005
ACTION:
BACKGROUND
Jerry Noll's sixty days of medical leave expired on February 28, 2005 and he is requesting
additional leave from his duties as firefighter through April 29, 2005 According to the Fire
Department Personnel Policy, "A medical leave of more than sixty (60) days requires city
council approval Medical documentation has been received to warrant approval of this
leave
SUMMARY
It is recommended that an extension of medical leave be approved for Jerry Noll.
