EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
SUMMARY
Pluhp Harris served as a student volunteer on the Parks and Recreation Commission from October 2003
to August 2005 Mr Harris has been a valuable asset to the Commission due to his active participation
during meetings and excellent attendance
Mr Harris is stepping down from his role as a student volunteer to attend college at the University of
Denver in Colorado He is planning to pursue a double major in Computer Science /Theater and a double
minor m Mathematics /Leadership
The City Council and Staff would like to thank Mr Harris for serving his community and to help shape a
better future for Rosemount
