ISSUE
Staff sent a request for sealed bids for an irrigation system at Meadows Park The City has received four
quotes
BACKGROUND
The request for bids asked for qualified and interested vendors to submit a bid for the installation and
parts necessary for an irrigation system to cover an area of approximately 7 5 acres at Meadows Park based
on specifications provided to the contractors
SUMMARY
The four bids received are listed below

Staff is recommending the City Council award the contract to the lowest bidder, Southview Design, who
submitted a bid of $34,505 04
