EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ISSUE
Set a date for a public hearing to consider an application for a new liquor license, Walleye's
Bar Grill and Fox's Pizza, at 3400 150 Street West, Suite B
BACKGROUND
Carl Morgan, LLC has submitted an application for a 2005 liquor license Their new
restaurant plans to open November 7, 2005 The public hearing is a requirement of our
ordinance Robert and Kathleen Johnson, current owners of Fox's Pizza, will be managers of
Walleye's Bar Grill
Police Chief Kalstabakken reported that the investigation that has been conducted thus far
would allow for a recommendation for approval
SUMMARY
Staff recommends holding a Public Hearing to consider the application for Walleye's Bar
Grill on -sale intoxicating liquor license on September 6, 2005 at the regular City Council
meeting
