EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On Thursday, November 10, 2005, bids for the referenced project were received and read aloud pubhcly.
The bids will then be reviewed for accuracy before a recommendation can be made.
The GlenRose of Rosemount Street and Utihty Improvement Project consists of the construction of
streets and utilities to serve a 76 -umt townhouse development within the GlenRose of Rosemount
Addition Utilities would also be extended north to service properties currently without services along the
east side of Trunk Highway 3 (TH 3). Furthermore, a trunk water main loop connection on the west side
of TH 3 would be completed, as outlined in the City's Comprehensive Water Plan. The project area is
located adjacent to TH 3 directly east of the Rosemount Community Center and west of Erickson Park.
Costs associated with the GlenRose Addition surface and utility improvements will be funded by the
developer, Dean Johnson Homes. Costs associated with the extension of utihues along TH 3 will be
funded by property assessments levied against the properties being serviced. Costs associated with the
trunk watermam improvements will be funded by City of Rosemount Water Core Funds.
The tabulation of bidders, resolution and letter of recommendation to award will be provided at the
Council meeting.
