RE: City Council Agenda Changes
6.g. Resolution Authorizing Posting of No Parking Signage
Residents are requesting "No Parking" signs on 143 and Upper 143 Streets west of
Chili Avenue. As the student population increases more students are driving and have
begun parking on nearby streets. The attached resolution would restrict parking
between 7 am and 3:30 pm.
Council Member Sterner wishes to resign from the Parks Recreation Commission at
this time. Kelly Sampo has been formally appointed to the position and will receive her
oath of office on April 25 at the regular Park and Recreation Commission meeting.
The Joint Parks Rec /City Council meeting has been added on April 25. Park
Recreation Director Schultz has noticed the newly organized opening of the "Do Drop
In" on April 25,9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
