EXECUTIVE SUMMARY FOR ACTION
ISSUE
Council is asked to set a date for a public hearing to consider an application for a new
liquor license at Rudy's Redeye Grill, 14845 South Robert Trail.
BACKGROUND
Charlie Rae Inc. has submitted an application for a 2005 liquor license for a restaurant that
serves intoxicating liquor. The new restaurant, a free standing building, is m the Steiner
Development, Rosemount Crossing, located on the northwest corner of County Road 42
and Highway 3. The building is due to be completed in the fall with an estimated opening
on October 1, 2005.
Police Chief Kalstabakken has indicated that the investigation is in the final stages and he
will advise Council of the outcome.
Additional information will be provided at the time of the public hearing. The public
hearing requires a ten -day advanced published notice.
SUMMARY
Staff recommends holding a Public Hearing to consider the application for Rudy's Redeye
Grill on -sale liquor license on June 21, 2005 at the regular City Council meeting

ADMINISTRATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount will
conduct a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2004, in the Council
Chambers at City Hall, 2875 145 Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota.
This public hearing is being held to consider a new liquor license application for on -sale
liquor sales located at Rudy's Redeye Grill, 14845 South Robert Trail.
Comments will be taken from persons desiring to be heard with reference to the above
hearing item. Wntten comments will be accepted up to the time of the hearing and will be
included in the discussion at this hearing.
