ISSUE
Philip Cattanach, Director of Real Estate at Opus will be available at the December meeting. He will
discuss the future plans for the 160 acres within UMore that was part of a recent purchase agreement
between Opus and the University of MN. Dale Glowa, Chief Manager of UMore Development will also
be in attendance.
