Motion to approve the license for Highland Sanitation and Recycling, Inc. to haul solid
waste in the City of Rosemount.

ISSUE
2006 Sohd Waste Haulers License
BACKGROUND
As required by Ordinance 5 -1 -5, sohd waste haulers are required to obtain a hcense from the City.
Highland Sanitation and Recycling Inc. has submitted all of the necessary information and has paid
the $320 00 license fee Highland Sanitation provides residential, commercial, and construction
hauling services.
SUMMARY
This is a request for Council to approve the Hauhng License Application for the firm hsted above
