BACKGROUND
SUMMARY
CITY COUNCIL
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Developer, Dean Johnson Homes, has requested the preparation of a feasibility report for proposed
public improvements within the development This feasibility report will address street and utility
improvements within and adjacent to the development and will include costs and funding for the project.
A map depicting the proposed project area is attached As discussed at the June 15 Council Work
Session, the feasibility report will also address the extension of sanitary sewer and water service to the five
properties located to the north of the proposed GlenRose development.
Staff is requesting Council authonzation to prepare a feasibihty report for the GlenRose Street and Utility
Improvements.

A RESOLUTION ORDERING A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
THE GLENROSE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #397
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount deems it necessary to investigate the feasibility of
the GlenRose Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #397.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Staff is directed to have the necessary feasibility report
prepared for the GlenRose Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #397.
ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 2005.
