1. Item 6.c. Minutes of July 15, 2005 Work Session
Staff recommended revisions to page 2 discussion of Relocation of Encumbered Funds.
2. Item 6 j Receive Bids /Award Contract Harmony 2n Addition Street Utility
Improvements, City Project 394
Bids were opened on Friday, July 15, 2005 for this project. Seven Bids were received.
The recommended low bidder is Ryan Contracting Co., Shakopee, Minnesota in the
amount of $1,516,821.90.
3. Add -On Consent Item Authorize Letter of Support
Letter of support to the City of Eagan for improvements to Hwy 149 between Highway
55 and I -494 since it is an important link m Dakota County.
4. Item 8.a. GlenRose of Rosemount Rezotung, Preliminary Plat and PUD Master
Development Plan 05 -15 -ZA and 05 -16 -PP
Staff is recommending adding a condition to the resolution. It would be condition
number 21.
5. Item 8.b. 42/52 Corridor Comprehensive Guide Plan Amendment 05 -27 -CP
