2005 at 14590 Burma Avenue with fencing around the pavilion patio.

Request for a Temporary On -Sale Liquor License for the Rosemount Amencan Legion at 14590
Burma Ave.
BACKGROUND
The American Legion has traditionally participated in the Leprechaun Days celebration by holding
events m their parking lot pavilion. They plan to sell alcohohc drinks with meals on Fnday evening
July 29 and Saturday, July 30. The On -Sale Liquor License fee is $170 per event.
Ponce Chief Kalstabakken recommended approval provided there is fencing around the pavilion
as in the past.
If the license application is approved by City Council, the license is presented to the State Alcohol
and Gambling Enforcement Division for final approval.
SUMMARY
Staff recommends approval of the temporary license for the Rosemount American Legion during
the Leprechaun Days celebration on July 29 and July 30, 2005.
