ISSUE
Applications have been received for three Temporary 3.2% Malt Liquor Licenses in July.
BACKGROUND
The following three applicants have paid the $150 license fee and made application for a
Temporary 3.2% Malt Liquor License:
Michael P. Herrman, Shenanigan's Kickball Tourney Erickson Park July 9
Shenanigan's Pub holds an On Public Premise License.
Veronica Sprute, KVAMS Softball Tournament
Rebecca Shade, Rosemount Jaycees
Leprechaun Days Beer Garden
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

City Hall lot July 29/30
Council can set terms or conditions if they have any concerns for the safety and welfare of
the event.
SUMMARY
Staff recommends approval of the temporary licenses reminding the applicants that liquor
must be contained within fifty feet of the shelter in Erickson Park and fenced (or contained) in
the case of the Leprechaun Day's Beer garden.
