ACTION:
BACKGROUND:
The developer, Basic Builders, has requested the preparation of a feasibility report for
proposed public improvements within the development This feasibility report will
address street and utility improvements and will include costs and funding for the
project A map depicting the area included in the final Evermoor development is
attached
SUMMARY:
Staff is requesting Council authorization to prepare a feasibility report for the
Connemara Crossing Street and Utility Improvements

A RESOLUTION ORDERING A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
CONNEMARA CROSSING
CITY PROJECT #391
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount deems it necessary to investigate the
feasibility of Connemara Crossing, City Project 4391
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Staff is directed to have the necessary feasibility
report prepared for Connemara Crossing, City Project #391
ADOPTED this 21 st day of December, 2004
