RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to adopt a resolution authorizing the preparation of
plans and specifications for Meadows of Bloomfield 3` Addition,
Street and Utility
Improvements, City Project #380
ACTION:
BACKGROUND:
At this time, the Developer, Centex Homes, has submitted a final plat for approval for
the Meadows of Bloomfield 3 Addition This plat is located east of Connemara Trail,
south of County Road 38 and north of Meadows of Bloomfield 1 Addition The
developer has deposited the necessary funds for all costs associated with the
preparation of the plans and specifications
SUMMARY:
Staff recommends authorization for preparation of plans and specifications for the
Meadows of Bloomfield 3 Addition

RESOLUTION 2004
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
MEADOWS OF BLOOMFIELD 3" STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #380
WHEREAS, Centex Homes has requested the City of Rosemount prepare plans and
specifications for Meadows of Bloomfield 3' Street and Utility Improvements,
City Project #380, and
WHEREAS, Centex Homes has deposited the necessary funds with the City for preparation
of the plans and specifications for City Project 4380, and
WHEREAS, Centex Homes acknowledges that this action does not imply or guarantee
City Council approval of the final plat for Meadows of Bloomfield 3
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Rosemount orders
the preparation of plans and specifications for said improv ements of City Project 9380
ADOPTED this 21" day of December, 2004
