RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve the Shenanigan's Pub, Crowfi Plaza, and
Celts Irish Pub Grill for On- Public Premise Liquor Licenses for serving intoxicating beverages
at the Rosemount Community Center valid January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005.
ACTION:
ISSUE
The City Code allows licensed on -sale liquor establishments in Rosemount and contiguous areas
to expand their business for banquets in the Community Center The license term runs from
January 1 through December 31, 2005
BACKGROUND
Three businesses have applied for the opportunity to serve intoxicating beverages at the
Rosemount Community Center banquet room All three have previously held this license and are
in good standing with the Community Center management All applicants are required to hold
an approved liquor license either in Rosemount or a contiguous city The required fee is 5350
