Haeg to begin December 23, 2004
ACTION:
ISSUE
BACKGROUND
Mr Haeg has been on medical leave from his duties as firefighter since October 23, 2004
and is requesting additional leave According to the Fire Department Personnel Policy, "A
medical leave of more than sixty (60) days requires city council approval Medical
documentation has been received to warrant approval of this leave It is unclear at this time
when Mr Haeg will be returning to his position on Rosemount's volunteer fire department
SUMMARY
Approval of the extension of medical leave for Michael Haeg is being requested by Council.
Staff will return to Council if the leave request extends for over one year
