SPECIAL MEETING
FEBRUARY 15, 2006
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Rosemount City Council
was duly held on Wednesday, February 15, 2006, at 11 00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at
City Hall, 2875 145 Street West.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members Baxter, Shoe Corngan, and
Sterner attendmg. Council Member DeBettigntes was absent. Staff members present
included City Adimnistrator Verbrugge, Assistant City Administrator Weitzel and City Clerk
Jentmk.
Verbrugge presented the Resignation Agreement between the City and Jentink to the
Council.
Motion by Baxter. Second by Mayor Droste.
Motion to accept the Resignation Agreement drafted by both parties.
Ayes: Baxter, Droste and Shoe Corrigan.
Absent: DeBettignies.
Nays: Sterner. Motion carried.
Mayor Droste moved to adjourn the meeting.
