RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve receiving the following donations.
$250 from Olympus 24 Hour Health Fitness to be used for the Run for the Gold event and
an in -kind donation from Starbucks of $54 for bottled water as well as an in -kind service
donation for use of their business as a checkpoint during the South of the River Recreators
GPS Amazing Family Race

This is a request for Council to receive the donations listed above.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
BACKGROUND
Motion to approve receiving the followmg donations- $250 from Olympus 24 Hour Health Fitness to
be used for the Run for the Gold event and an m -kind donation from Starbucks of $54 for bottled water
as well as an in-kind service donatton for the use of their business as a checkpoint during the South of the
River Recreators GPS Amazing Family Race.
