EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
DISCUSSION
Allan started with the City last month as the Code Compliance Specialist. Because this position has a
lot of public contact, it was decided that it may be beneficial to introduce Mt. Fink at a Council
meeting. He has extensive background in law enforcement which will be a benefit in dealing with
citizens on enforcement matters and the code enforcement process Mr. Fink will be available to say
a few words about himself at the meeting.
