EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Mr. Ryan Coughlin began his duties as a pohce officer with the Rosemount Police Department on May 8,
2006 He will he present at the meeung to take the Oath of Office.
Ryan is ongmally from Rosemount and graduated from Rosemount High School. He completed his
academic training at Inver Hills and Normandale Community Colleges Upon completion of his field
training in mid- August, Officer Coughlin is expected to begm working as a patrol officer.
