City Council Meeting: June 20, 2006
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
To coordinate the public hearing for the vacation of drainage and utility easements with the Preliminary
Plat approval, Final Plat approval, and approval of a PUD Agreement, the public hearing should be
continued to the July 11, 2006 City Council meeting, such that all aspects can be presented to Council for
consideration at the same time Staff is also currently waiting for additional information from the
applicant regarding the temporary easement legal descriptions and the Final Plat submittal.
Staff recommends that Council move to continue the public hearing on vacation of drainage and utility
easements on the Endres Property until the July 11, 2006 meeting
