BACKGROUND:
CITY COUNCIL
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In accordance with the City's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program, the 2005 Annual Stormwater
Prevention Program Report has been prepared. The preparation and submittal of this report to the
Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) is a requirement of the City's NPDES Phase II permit The
report documents the activities completed by the City in the past year related to stormwater management
and the prevention of pollution runoff into the stormwater system, ponds and wetlands.
A copy of the report is on file in the Engineering Department.
SUMMARY:
Staff recommends Council approval of the 2005 Annual Stormwater Prevention Program Report.
