ISSUE
Renewal of existing malt liquor On and Off Sale liquor licenses for 2006 2007.
SUMMARY
The six business listed below have submitted applications for renewal of their 3.2% Malt Liquor Licenses
for the period of July 1, 2006, through June 30, 2007:
Tops Pizza Hoagies On -Sale Cub Foods (SuperValu) Off -Sale
14533 Dodd Blvd.
3784 150th St. W.
Pizza Hut (Sky Ventures) On -Sale Aldi Inc. Off -Sale
15065 Canada Ave. 14995 South Robert Trl.
Kwik Tnp Inc. Off -Sale Rich Valley Golf Club On -Sale
14810 South Robert Trl. 3855 145th St. E.
Staff recommends approval of these 3.2 Malt Liquor License renewals.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Each applicant has submitted either the $250.00 On -Sale license fee or the $210.00
Off -Sale license fee. All Certificates of Insurance have been received.
The Police Department performed background checks on each of the license applicants including the
manager or owner. There were no findings to cause concern Also, there have not been any significant
calls for service at any of -the businesses in the last year related to their liquor licenses.
