EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ISSUE
Veronica Sprute has made apphcation for a "Temporary 3 2% Malt Liquor" hcense for the Men's E
State Tournament that will be held August 18 -20, 2006 at Erickson Park.
BACKGROUND
City Code 3 -1 -13 Temporary Licenses states the City Council may issue a temporary on -sale hcense
for the sale of 3.2 percent malt liquor to a club, charitable, religious or nonprofit organization.
SUMMARY
Staff recommends approval of the temporary liquor hcense and will remind the apphcant that hquor
must be contained within fifty feet of the shelter at Erickson Park.
