EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ISSUE
In April of 2006, the City approved a Service Agreement with the Leprechaun Days Committee As in
years past, street closing requests and the addition of events to the service agreement have been brought to
the City Council for their approval
SUMMARY
The current requests for street closings include:
1 Big Wheel, Trike and Scooter Races plus Penny Scramble Wednesday, July 26 5 00 pm to 8.30 pm
Burma Ave from 145 St to 146t St
2 Parade Saturday, July 29 10.00 am to 2.15 pm
Starting at RHS Chili Ave south to 145 St., east on 145 St to Camero Ave Camero Ave.
north to RA/1S
The Committee has not requested to have any activities added to the service agreement as of July 7, 2006.
