EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
An officer was recently hired to replace Lieutenant Dwayne Kuhns who retired from the
Department in June Mikael Dahlstrom began his duties on September 5, 2006 and will be
present to be introduced to the Council and the community, as well as to take the Oath of
Office
Officer Mike Dahlstrom grew up in southern Inver Grove Heights and attended elementary
and middle school in Rosemount He completed high school at St Thomas Academy and
earned his bachelor's degree from the University of St Thomas. Since graduation, Mike has
been working in a security position for Ameriprise Financial Services.
