City Council Meeting: October 3, 2006
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Flint Hills Resources has requested that the City consider the extension of sanitary sewer and water sernce
to building sites within the refinery. At this time, Flint Hills Resources has deposited monies with the City
to cover the cost for the preparation of a feasibility report. As part of the feasibility report, estnnated costs
for improvements will be determined along with financing options for Council consideration
Staff requests Council approval of the attached resolution to authonze the preparation of a feasibility
report

A RESOLUTION ORDERING A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
SANITARY SEWER FOR FLINT HILLS RESOURCES
CITY PROJECT #406
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Ctty of Rosemount deems it necessary to investigate the feasibility of
the Flint Hills Resources Sanitary Sewer Improvements, City Project #406.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Staff is directed to have the necessary feasibility report
prepared for the Flint Hills Resources Sanitary Sewer Improvements, City Project #406.
ADOPTED this 3 day of October, 2006.
