Staff is requesting Council direction on this matter.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
At the September 13, 2006 City Council work session, Council reviewed a draft resolution to adopt a
special assessment deferral policy. Based on this review and subsequent comments a revised draft
resolution is being proposed. An updated draft resolution will be provided at the Council work session.
