BACKGROUND At the City Council Work Session in August 2006, there was discussion about the composition and process for forming a task force to discuss the final disposition of the St Joseph's Church and School buildings During that meeting, the City Council made it clear that they wanted the church to stay in place and they also wanted to carefully review the possibihty of reusing the school building.
