1. REMOVAL OF ITEM: CONSENT AGENDA
Item 6.d. JJT Business Park 2 Addition Preliminary and Final Plat, 06 49 PP
and 06 50 FP. Appro Development, Inc. has requested a continuance of the
applications to January 16, 2006.
2. CONTINUANCE OF PUBLIC HEARING: PUBLIC HEARINGS
Item 7 d. JJT Business Park 1" Addition Easement Vacation, 06 50 FP. Due to
the continuance of Item 6.d. staff is recommending continuation of the public hearing to
January 16, 2006. The public hearing should be opened to allow for public comment
and continued to January 16, 2006.
3. ADDITIONAL INFORMLATION: NEW BUSINESS
Item 9.a. Manufactured Home Park Text Amendment, 06 05 TA
Additional items for City Council review include correspondence from Homeowners of
Rosemount Woods and correspondence from LaVonne K. Woodruff. Also included are
drafts of Ordinance No. XXI 15 and Ordinance No. B -177 that require the Mayor's
signature which were inadvertently omitted from the Council packet.
