EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Mr. Scott Sandell began his duties as a police officer with the Rosemount Pohce Department on
November 6, 2006 Officer Sandell was hired to replace Detective Bill O'Donnell who left the
Department in September
Scott is originally from Woodbury and graduated from Concordia Academy in Roseville He graduated
from the law enforcement program at Alexandria Technical College in May 2006, Upon compleuon of his
field training in nud- February, Officer Sandell is expected co begin working as a patrol officer He will be
present at the meeting to take the Oath of Office.
