EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
City Staff, with the assistance of consulting engineer WSB Associates, have worked to acquire
permanent roadway and utility easements, and temporary construction easements between the
Glendalough 7th Addition and Dodd Boulevard as part of the Glendalough 7` Street and Utility
Improvement project. The easements are for the construction of a street connection of 134 Street West
from the Glendalough development through to Dodd Boulevard, as well as to provide utility stubs to the
Dodd Boulevard right -of -way for future sanitary sewer and watermain extension. The appraisals have
been completed and on behalf of the City, WSB Associates has negotiated a settlement with the
individual property owner
WSB has acquired a signed easement for the parcel hsted on the attached map Staff is asking that Council
authorize payment to the following property owners with their respective amounts:
This easement acquisition was identified as being the responsibihty of the developer, Lennar, in the
Glendalough 5t 10t Additions Feasibility Report authorized by Council January 18, 2005. As such, all
easement acquisition costs incurred in this instance will be 100% funded by the developer
