1. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: CONSENT AGENDA
Item 6 c Amended 2007 Liquor License Renewals. Changes have been made to the
staff report to issue AMF City Limits, Applebee's and McDivot's Sports Pub and Eatery
Class B Liquor Licenses. AMF City Limmts initially applied fot a Class B license. Both
Applebee's and McDivot's will be submitting the proper documentation by December
31, 2006 to receive a Class B License.
2. ADD -ON: NEW BUSINESS
Item 9.d. Approval of Order to Remove Hazardous Conditions and /or Building.
Staff is requesting approval to remove a hazardous building and refuse on property
located at 3110 146t Street West.
