1. ADD -ON: CONSENT AGENDA
Item 6.w. Acquisition of Easements Old County Road 38/132 Court West, City
Project #387. Staff is recommending that City Council authorize the payment for
permanent road easements as proposed in the Settlement Agreement with William and
Bomta Rohr.
2. ADD ON: CONSENT AGENDA
Item 6.x. Waiver of right of first refusal to purchase FTTH franchise. Staff is
requesting approval of the draft resolution stating the City Council will waive its right of
first refusal m advance of deciding whether to approve the P11 H franchise transfer.
3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: NEW BUSINESS
Item 9 a Rosemount Family Housing (Dakota County Community Development
Agency) Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Rezoning, Preliminary Plat, and PUD
Final Development Plan, Case 06- 54 -CP, 06- 55 -ZA, 06- 56 -PP, 06 -58 -PUD. The CDA
submitted additional colored plans for the project Also attached is a letter received for the
Public Hearing from a resident. The letter was presented to the Planning Commission at
their meeting in November to be part of the record for their dehberattons. It was
inadvertently left out of the Council packet.
