Staff recommends continuing the public hearing regarding vacating the drainage and utility easement over
all of Oudot A, JJT Business Park First Addition to Apnl 17, 2007.
BACKGROUND
This item was on the Council's agenda on November 21, 2006. At that meeting, the Council opened the
public hearing and heard comments from Julie Marttm. Minutes from that meeting are attached for your
reference. During the public hearing, staff explained that the easement vacation was only necessary
because the apphcant was now proceeding with plating the JJT Business Second Addition. Since the
apphcant has requested tabling those applications to January 16, 2007, staff recommended the Council also
continue the public hearing to that date to insure these applications continue through the City's review
process simultaneously
RECOMMENDATION
The applicant now request tabling the preliminary and final plat application for the JJT Business Park
Second Addition to April 17, 2007. As a result, staff once again recommends continuing the public
hearing for vacating the drainage and utility easement over all of Outlot A, JJT Business Park First
Addition to April 17, 2007 to insure these apphcattons proceed through the City's review process
simultaneously.
