Schedule.

City Council Regular Meeting: January 4, 2011
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ISSUE
Regular City Council meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall.
Work Session meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Occasionally meeting
dates are changed to avoid conflicts with holidays or other events.
A change to the calendar is necessary in August. Night to Unite is schedule for August 2, 2011. It is
proposed that the City Council meeting will be held on Monday, August 1, 2011 at 7:30 p.m.
CONCLUSION
Staff recommends approval of the changes to the 2011 City Council Meeting Schedule.
