RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to declare the items listed,in the executive summary
as surplus property and for staff,to,appropriately dispose of the items.
ISSUE
The Finance Department is asking that the City Council declare the vehicles and equipment listed below as
surplus property. This declaration will authorize staff to appropriately dispose of these items.
BACKGROUND
The vehicles listed below are no longer usable within the City's operations due to vehicle updates in the
Public Works Department. The units will be sold at auction after the new vehicles are outfitted for use.
The other equipment listed below is outdated and no longer used. It will be sold if possible junked to
remove it from inventory.
