EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Rosemount benefits from the commitment to the community of young people who reach the highest
levels of Scouting programs. The "Eagle Scout" designation is the highest advancement rank for Boy
Scouts..
The City Council tonight continues its tradition of honoring these accomplishments by commending a
resident of Rosemount who recently achieved the Eagle rank.
Cole Jobin will be a junior this fall at Rosemount High School. For his major service project,
Cole organized a group to build playground equipment outside Peace Church. The work included
a bench, table, and beam. The equipment will benefit the "moms' day out" program at the church
that provides a watchful eye for children while parents get a brief break. Cole is interested in
pursuing a college education in one of his areas of interest, which include science and music.
