City Council Work Session: March 9, 2011
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
BACKGROUND
The Council met in two goal setting sessions on February 10th and 19th. After the second meeting,
Council member Kearney volunteered to work with staff to draft the proposed goals document for 2011.
He has provided a draft to staff and with assistance from Alan Cox, we have proposed some revisions
back to him at this writing. I am hopeful that we can bring a nearly final draft to you for review and
comment on Wednesday evening.
