EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
SUMMARY
Kevin Strayton served on the Parks and Recreation Commission from January of 2007 to October of
2010. He has been a valuable asset to the Commission due to his participation during meetings and
extensive knowledge of the parks, trails and open space system in Rosemount.
Kevin brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Commission through his community
volunteer efforts and past work on the City Council. His careful review and vision for the community
assisted greatly in the development of the City's 2008 Parks, Trails and Open Space plan.
The City Council and staff would like to thank Mr. Strayton for serving his community and helping to
shape a better future for Rosemount.
