RECOMMENDED ACTION: Review and discuss 2010 City Administrator Performance
Evaluation
BACKGROUND
The City Council reviews the performance of the City Administrator on an annual basis. All Council
members completed evaluation forms in September. Assistant City Administrator Emmy Foster
aggregated the results and provided them to each member of the Council. Mayor Droste reviewed the
overall results with me. We agreed that it would be good to reserve some time for any discussion of the
results at this work session.
The Council can go into Closed Session for this discussion if so desired. However, if we have a Closed
Session then the meeting must be recorded. This is not necessary if,there is no Closed Session. Last year,
we did not choose to-go into Closed Session and it is generally fine with me if we do not.
