Employee Separation AgreementROSEMOUNTEXECUTIVE SUMMARY CITY COUNCIL City Council Special Meeting: November 1, 2010 ISSUE As discussed at the October 13, 2010 City Council Work Session, one of our public works employees has become unqualified for his current position based on permanent physical limitations. Vernon LaBeau has been an excellent employee in good standing with the City for 16 years. A separation agreement has been discussed with Mr. LaBeau and is recommended for approval. Private personnel data relating to this matter is attached for the Council members. SUMMARY It is requested that the Council approve the separation agreement with Vernon LaBeau and authorize the Mayor to sign it.
