BACKGROUND
The Waterford Commons project received a Multi - Housing Achievement in Design, Advertising &
Community Support award from the Multi- Housing Association. The award "Best New
Development" was based upon the project attributes such as site design, overall appeal, marketing
initiatives, personnel and the success of the development. The Waterford Commons project was
developed by Stonebridge Corporation and is managed by Steven Scott Management Inc. Wally
Johnson, Stonebridge Development, will be at the City Council meeting to present a replica of the
award for City display.

Rosemount apartment community wins coveted industry award.
Minneapolis, Minnesota, September 24, 2010. On Friday, September 20, Minnesota
Multi Housing Association (MHA) celebrated their 15th annual MADACS Awards:
Multi - Housing Achievement in Design, Advertising & Community Support. The purpose
of the MADACS awards is to give recognition to housing professionals and associates
who have made significant contributions in marketing and management through
exemplary achievements. MHA awards are considered the state's most honored awards.
The winner of the evening's coveted award, "Best New Development" went to
Rosemount's Waterford Commons. Top industry professionals judged the competition
on site design, overall appeal, marketing initiatives, personnel and the success of the
development. Waterford Commons was developed by Stonebridge Companies and is
managed by Steven Scott Management, Inc.
Waterford Commons is a 108 -unit apartment community that opened June of 2009 in
downtown Rosemount. Not only does Waterford offer an amenity package of an outdoor
pool with fireplace, fitness center, business center and clubroom, it also features
