RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Approve an Off -Sale Liquor License for Irish Liquor
LLC DBA li sh Liquor for the premise located at 14760 South Robert Trail subject to
receiving a certificate of occupancy from the Building Official.
BACKGROIIJND
An off -sale liquor license has been applied for by Irish Liquor LLC DBA Irish Liquor for the premise
located at 14760 South Robert Trail.
SUMMARY
Lebadiah L. Frank, President of Irish Liquor, LLC submitted the required liquor license application
materials including the background investigation fee. The license information will be forwarded to the
Minnesota Department of Public Safety — Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division for review and
issuance. An inspection of the premise will be required before the license will be issued.
Mr. Frank has made structural and other changes at the proposed location that have required building
permits and inspections. To date, the work is not complete and; therefore, the license will be conditioned
upon receiving a Certificate of Occupancy from the Building Official.
A background investigation was completed by the Police Department. Based upon the results of the
investigation, police staff found no reason to deny the liquor license.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the Off -Sale Liquor License for Irish Liquor LLC DBA Irish Liquor
Rosemount for the premise located at 14760 South Robert Trail subject to receiving a Certificate of
Occupancy from the Building Official.
