9.b. Resolution and Consent Order Imposing Civil Penalty on PCS Liquors, LLC,
D /B /A Rosemount Liquor and Wine Cellar. A resolution and consent order is provided
for City Council review related to the December 15, 2009 liquor violation at Rosemount
Liquor and Wine Cellar.

9.c. City of Rosemount vs. Thomas Piekarski Settlement Agreement. Consideration of
a mediated settlement agreement the parties.
