ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: CONSENT
6.m. Request to Adopt a Resolution Electing to Continue Participating in the Local
Housing Incentives Account Program under the Metropolitan Livable Communities
Act Calendar Year 2011 -2020. Attached is a revised draft resolution. Paul Burns, LCA
manager for the Met Council, called and informed us that the "life -cycle goal' that they
provided us is incorrect and too large. The revised resolution provided reduces the "life -
cycle goal' from 3,465 to 2,678 housing units

9.a. Appeal of Liquor License Amendment: Thompsons Fireside Pizza II, Inc. DBA
Fireside located at 3410150` Street West. Attached is a draft resolution for approval
should the City Council grant the appeal to Fireside.
