Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
ISSUE
Review and accept the 2009 CAFR.
BACKGROUND
A representative from our audit firm, Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, will be here on Tuesday evening,
May 18'', to review the City of Rosemounes 2009 CAFR. The representative will give a brief presentation,
highlighting items that may be worthy of your attention and will also be available to answer any questions
that you may have. After you have reviewed your CAFR, if you have no further use for it lease
return it to me so I can use it as an extra cony for neonle or organizations that may reauest them.

Recommend the above motion to accept the 2009 CAFR.

RESOLUTION 2010 -
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 2009 COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL
FINANCIAL REPORT
WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount has been presented its 2009 Comprehensive
Annual Financial Report, prepared with the assistance of our audit firm of Baker Tilly
Virchow Krause, LLP.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Rosemount, accepts its 2009 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, prepared with
the assistance of our audit firm of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP.
ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 2010.
