RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the attached Resolution appointing
election judges for the 2010 General Election.
SUMMARY
Staff has recruited over 150 Rosemount and /or Dakota County residents to serve as election judges
for the 2010 general election. All judges are required to attend election judge training and
equipment training courses. Staff will conduct election judge training on October 19 and 20, 2010.
CONCLUSION
Staff recommends approval of the above - referenced motion.

RESOLUTION 2010 -
RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES
FOR THE 2010 GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota and the City of Rosemount have called for a General Election on
November 2, 2010;
WHEREAS, the Rosemount 2010 General Election Judge appointments consists of individuals
recommended by the City Clerk with the approval of the majority of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the general public listed below to serve as
election judges reside in Dakota County as required by Minnesota Election Laws and will be trained
according to Minnesota State Statutes:
